After a long development process, we have reached an important milestone: The first customers have now started testing Ja Tak by Lenius.
It is both a proud and exciting day for us. We have worked hard to create a solution that makes it easier for businesses to manage Ja Tak posts on Facebook, and now we can follow the first customers’ real-world experience.
Their initial feedback will be an important part of the next stages of development. We will listen, learn and use their experience to make the solution even better over time.
A simpler path from comment to order
According to our own figures, more than 7,000 Danish businesses already use Ja Tak posts on their Facebook pages. This shows that the format has become a natural part of sales and customer communication for many businesses.
However, when there are many comments to manage, the path from the customer’s comment to the final order can become time-consuming and confusing. We therefore want to offer a solution that makes the process simpler, clearer and less expensive.
Our ambition is clear: We want to become a significant provider in the Danish Ja Tak market and, eventually, perhaps beyond Denmark as well.
What does Ja Tak by Lenius cost?
Our existing takeaway customers will get access to the Ja Tak solution. If you are not yet a Lenius Takeaway customer, getting started is easy.
The only requirement is that you create an account with Viva.com. Prices start at DKK 37 per month, which gets you started with both your own takeaway solution and the Ja Tak solution.
This lets you gather your needs in one place and start using a solution developed with restaurants and retailers in mind.
